What is Old School Aquathon?

The 2013 Old School Aquathon Series consists of one aquathon (swim-run) race in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. We ran this as a 3-race series in 2011 and 2012 but have moved to one event per season.

Swim-run events have been called biathlons, aquathlons, splash-n-dash, and various other names over the years. We like Aquathon because it is easy to say.

Our 2013 race consists of one race on July 4.

Race #1 and done: July 4 - AM RACE! 500 meter swim / 2.5 mile run / 500 meter swim at Harris Lake County Park - sign up coming soon
